Our high-energy boxing classes are open to youth, adults, and beginners. Led by fully qualified, PVG-checked volunteer coaches, these sessions build physical strength, discipline, and self-confidence in a safe environment.

Our inclusive, joyful dance classes are specifically designed to bring generations together. We offer dedicated, fully free slots for children to stay active, and gentle, low-impact classes for the elderly to maintain mobility and fight isolation.

A warm, welcoming, and informal space where anyone can drop in for a hot cup of tea or coffee, a friendly chat, and a safe place to relax. It is the perfect starting point for isolated individuals and new Scots to make friends.

Safety, Inclusivity & Protection

New Roots Scotland takes the safety of our participants and volunteers very seriously. All physical activities (such as boxing and dance) are run by fully qualified coaches who hold up-to-date first aid certificates and are registered with the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) scheme in Scotland.

No booking is required for our community drop-ins. For boxing, workshops, and dance classes, you can simply show up, or get in touch with us beforehand if you have any questions or specific access requirements.
