Current Volunteer Opportunities

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for the following volunteer roles at our Milngavie Hub.

Volunteer Boxing Coach / Assistant

About the Role

Help deliver our free physical boxing sessions. Coaches must have basic boxing/fitness experience. We will support you with PVG registration and training if needed.

What We’re Looking For

Time commitment: 2-4 hours per week (Tues/Thurs evenings)

Workshop Facilitator (Rights / Language)

About the Role

Share your professional expertise or life experience to help new Scots navigate housing, public services, or practice conversational English.

What We’re Looking For

Clear communicationknowledge of Scottish systemswelcoming attitude

Time commitment: 2 hours alternate Saturdays or weekdays

Drop-in Host & Befriender

About the Role

Be the warm face of our community hub. Welcome visitors, prepare tea/coffee, listen, chat, and help isolated individuals feel safe and included.

What We’re Looking For

Warmempatheticfriendlygreat listening skills

Time commitment: 3 hours per week (Monday or Wednesday mornings)

Admin & Digital Support Volunteer

About the Role

Help us keep the charity running smoothly behind the scenes. Assist with social media, event planning, flyer distribution, or basic administrative tasks.

Basic computer skillsorganizedreliable

Time commitment: Flexible, can be done remotely
